Our story
From one lorry in Saravanampatti to 10,000 completed moves
A1 Anna Packers and Movers started in 2004 with a single vehicle, a small crew and a simple idea: that relocation in Coimbatore could be done properly, at a price people were told in advance. Two decades later the fleet is larger and the crews are trained in-house, but the idea has not changed.
Today we are one of the most established packers and movers in Coimbatore, handling house shifting, office relocation, industrial machinery moves, vehicle transport and warehousing — from a single-room flat in Saravanampatti to a full production line heading out of state.
What we actually do differently
There are a lot of moving companies in Coimbatore. Most of the difference is not in the truck — it is in what happens before and after it arrives.
- We home visit before we quote. A phone estimate is a guess. A supervisor visits, counts what moves, checks floors and lift access, and puts a fixed number in writing.
- The crews are ours. Trained, uniformed and on our payroll — not labour hired the night before and never seen again.
- We finish the job. Unpacking, furniture reassembly, appliance reconnection and carton removal are part of the move, not an upsell.
- One coordinator throughout. One name, one number, from the visit to the last carton. You never explain your move twice.
Our team
Supervisors, packers, riggers, drivers and logistics coordinators — around sixty people across the operation, most of whom have been with us for years. That matters more than it sounds: an experienced packer knows to double-wall the crockery carton without being told, and an experienced rigger knows when a load path will not work before the crane is booked.
We treat your belongings with the same care we would give our own. That is the whole promise, and everything else we do is just the system that keeps it.
