Information we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if you provide one), the addresses you are moving between and any details you tell us about your goods. We collect nothing else, and we do not run advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
Your information is used only to prepare your quote, carry out your move and contact you about it. We may send you a follow-up message after the move to ask how it went. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with the people who need it to complete your move — the supervisor and crew assigned to you, our insurance provider if you take transit cover, and the transport operator on interstate routes. Each is bound to use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Completed job records, including invoices and inventory sheets, are retained for eight years as required for tax and insurance purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email a1annapackersindia@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
