- Specialised transport. Low-bed trailers, flat-beds and closed containers with correct lashing, plus over-dimensional-cargo permits where required.
- Installation & recommissioning. Positioning, foundation bolting, levelling to spec, electrical reconnection and a trial run with your production team.

We do the whole job. Our millwrights and electricians dismantle the machine, photograph and label every connection, protect the machined surfaces, move it, then reinstall, level and reconnect it and run a supervised trial with your production team.
With a written lifting plan. We calculate the load, size the crane or gantry accordingly, check the load path and floor loading, use certified slings and shackles, and transport on a low-bed trailer with the correct lashing and ODC permits where the dimensions require them.
For a single machine, typically one to two days. For a small workshop, three to six days. We normally phase a plant move so that some lines keep running while others are shifted — the sequence is agreed in the move plan before we start.
Yes. Industrial moves are covered by a marine-cum-erection policy that includes the transit as well as the lifting and installation phases. We arrange it against your declared machine values and share the certificate before the move.
Regularly. SIDCO Kurichi, Ganapathy, Peelamedu, Malumichampatti and the Arasur belt are routine ground for our crews, and we know the gate clearances and crane access constraints on most of those estates.
