Our warehouse in Coimbatore is a raised, dry, racked facility with CCTV, fire extinguishers and a monthly pest-control schedule. Household goods are stored on pallets and racks, never stacked on the floor, and covered with breathable sheeting rather than plastic that traps humidity.
You get a photographed, itemised inventory when your goods go in, and you can request part-release — taking out a few cartons without emptying the whole lot — with 24 hours’ notice.

Four stages, start to finish
Volume assessment
We measure the volume in cubic feet during the visit and quote a clear monthly rate — no vague ‘per room’ pricing.
Packing & inbound
Goods are packed to storage standard, listed, photographed and moved into the warehouse under a signed inventory.
Storage period
Racked and monitored. You receive a periodic condition photo on request, at no extra charge.
Release & delivery
On your call, goods are picked, checked against the inventory and delivered to the new address.

A 2 BHK volume typically costs ₹4,000 to ₹6,500 a month including racking, security and pest control. We price on measured cubic feet rather than a rough room count, so you pay for the space you actually use.
No. We charge daily for anything under fifteen days and monthly beyond that. If your new home is ready earlier than expected, you only pay for the days used.
Yes. With 24 hours’ notice we will pull the cartons you need and either hold them for collection or deliver them to you. Access is logged in the register for security.
Storage insurance is available and is quoted separately from transit cover. It protects against fire, theft and water damage on the declared value of the stored goods.
Wooden items are wrapped in breathable covers with moisture absorbers, kept off the floor on racks, and inspected during the monthly pest-control visit. Electronics are stored in their cartons with silica packs.
