Both premises visited, a written move plan with timings, crew size, vehicle count and a seat-mapping sheet.
Pre-move packing
Non-essential files, archives and stores packed during working hours over the preceding days to shrink the shutdown window.
Move night
Systems shut down, tagged, packed and transported. Furniture dismantled and loaded in the same sequence it will be rebuilt.
Reinstallation
Workstations rebuilt, IT reconnected and desks laid out to the seating plan so your team logs in on schedule.

Yes, and that is how we run most office moves. We pack archives and non-essential material during the week, move systems and furniture on Friday night or Saturday, and finish reinstallation by Sunday evening so your team walks into a working office on Monday.
We do. CPUs, servers and network gear are anti-static wrapped and transported in cushioned crates. We ask that your IT team supervises the shutdown and power-up, and we handle everything physical in between, including rack dismantling and reinstallation.
Every item is tagged and entered on a numbered inventory sheet, signed by your representative at pickup and again at delivery. Any discrepancy is visible immediately rather than weeks later.
