Car & Bike Transport — how it works
A1 Anna Packers and Movers moves cars and two-wheelers out of Coimbatore every week to Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi. Vehicles travel on purpose-built carriers, strapped at the wheels rather than the chassis, never driven between cities.
Before loading we photograph the vehicle from every angle and record the fuel level and odometer reading on a condition report that you sign. The same sheet is checked at delivery, so condition is a matter of record, not argument.
What is included in the price
Everything below is part of the quoted figure. Nothing here is an add-on that appears on moving day.

- Photo condition report. Timestamped photographs of all four sides, roof, interior, odometer and fuel gauge, signed by you at pickup and delivery.
- Wheel-strap loading. Vehicles are secured at the tyres with soft straps, which puts no load on the suspension or bodywork.
- Transit insurance. Cover against transit damage on the declared value of the vehicle, with the certificate issued before dispatch.
- Bike crating. Two-wheelers are individually wrapped, with the handlebar, tank and mirrors padded, and secured in dedicated bays.

Booking & documents
Share the RC copy and your ID. We confirm the carrier, the pickup slot and the expected delivery window.
Pickup & inspection
Vehicle photographed, condition report signed, fuel drained to the required level and loaded onto the carrier.
Transit tracking
The carrier is GPS-tracked and you get status updates by WhatsApp at every major checkpoint on the route.
Delivery & handover
Unloaded at your address, condition report re-checked against the pickup photographs, and keys handed over.

Car and Bike Transport — frequently asked questions
No. It travels on a carrier for the entire journey. The odometer reading at delivery matches the reading we recorded at pickup, and both are on the signed condition report.
Chennai and Bangalore are typically 2 to 3 days, Hyderabad and Kochi 3 to 4 days, Mumbai and Pune 4 to 5 days, and Delhi 6 to 8 days. Carriers wait to fill before departing, so booking a few days ahead gets you a better slot.
Please leave roughly a quarter tank or less. Carriers are not permitted to move vehicles with full tanks, and a lighter vehicle is safer to load and unload.
A copy of the vehicle registration certificate, a valid insurance copy and a government photo ID. For interstate movement we also prepare the consignment note that travels with the carrier.
Yes, and it usually works out cheaper. We coordinate the household truck and the vehicle carrier to arrive at your new address within the same window so you are not making two sets of arrangements.
